Drag mode is here

Guys! The Drag mode is here! Yay get excited! I heard its pretty good, but im not gonna try it out today, maybe this weekend or so, but here is the release notes for the update today if anyone wants to see it!

Purpose:
The purpose of this maintenance window is to deploy server / a game patch to Need for Speed World, as well as perform maintenance to http://world.needforspeed.com. Please see Release Notes below.

Start: 1pm (13:00) PDT – 4pm (16:00) EDT – 8pm (20:00) UTC
End: 6pm (18:00) PDT – 9pm (21:00) EDT – 1am (01:00) UTC

New Features:
- Drag, an all new race mode, has been added to the game. Challenge your friends or compete against others in a fast, adrenaline-filled race to the finish line!
- Full Manual transmission can now be selected and used (Drag races only)
- 4 new Drag tracks have been added across the World. These events are all Open and available every day for players.
- 3 new Drag Skill Mods have been added to the Skill Mod Shop for purchase, and to the Lucky Draw and Race Skill Packs to be won
- Pre-race lobby and post-race screens have been updated to feature an improved user interface, including a full 3D view of any car and its installed parts
- A Recent Players list has been added to the Social Menu, which contains all your most recent opponents or teammates in any event
- The SpeedBoost store has been fully replaced by the Safehouse. Players are now able to make purchases and see their SpeedBoost balance all within the Safehouse
- A new Gifts filter has been added to the Car Dealer and Aftermarket Shop
- Halloween decorations, along with the Halloween exclusive Sprint race “Ghostwood”, have made their return to Need for Speed World
- A new Toyota Supra “Street Mod” Drag Edition has been added to the game and is available for purchase from the Car Dealer
- A new Ford Shelby® GT500 Super Snake “Pro Stock” Drag Edition has been added to the game and is available for purchase from the Car Dealer

Bug Fixes/Changes:
- Fixed an issue that prevented some players from joining Groups
- Fixed an issue that caused the license plate to disappear off of the BMW 3.0 CSL Gr.5
- Fixed some see-through geometry on the Nissan Nismo R34GT-R Z-tune
- The hood camera on the Nissan 200SX [S14] has been adjusted
- Damage texture has been tweaked on the Marussia B2
- A number of localization issues were fixed

The Day that will Change everything

Sorry i was late but there is a Extra Ordinary Update today that will change the game Experience forever! not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing but you can go check if you want to!

Not only the Log was the coolest thing today! but after the Maintenance, you will see 6 Extra Ordinary car for IGC!!! now i am not gonna spoil the fun for yall since yall can get up and take a look at the blog! so yea! here is the whole thing! today is the best day for NFS World!

2nd Anniversary and More cool News

Well we are just 2 days away from the Official NFS World 2nd Anniversary! and we have some of the Greats lines up of free cars! we might even get free Speed Boost! and the most Interesting thing about this Anniversary is we get 2 Exclusive stuff! and that is the Licence Plates and the Vinyls that cannot be Redeemed nor purchased! there are more Information coming in the Following days but for today this is enough!

here is the First Hint of the 2nd Anniversary:
"Next week is Need for Speed World's second birthday and we're going to celebrate big time!

We got a whole week of celebrations lined up starting Monday, July 23rd! During the entire week (over the weekend too) we're going to have give-aways every day, community events, community contests and challenges, a special two-year anniversary blog series, a community gaming session, and much more!

We're also going to introduce a new feature to the game on Tuesday, July 24th! If that isn't enough we have a couple of presents lined up for the NFS World community and a special anniversary edition Live Chat so you can find out what the future holds for the game.

Need For Speed World is adding a Handful of players to the Newly called "VIP Club" and their reward was a Exclusive Pagani Zonda F Roadster "VIP" edition! here is a Picture of one:

Introducing the new shard system + new IGC car!

Well it's been almost 2 years now in NFS WORLD! And the devs have finally stepped up their game and made a lot of improvements! And who ever said they don't listen to their community? They do guys! You just didn't notice it! Y'all asked for a better IGC car and there you go! They are gonna give away the new Lotus Evora as a T3 IGC car for about 2,000,000 IGC! And now they are trying to improve the game by adding new servers! Called shards! Now we veteran players can enjoy playing the game our selfs in Apex shard! I think it's a great impliment and improvement to the game!! And I honestly cannot wait for the celebration next month for 2 year anniversary! I heard they are giving out thousands of codes! But that's for now! I will be covering more information about that next month! ;) stay tuned! #XtreamRacer!

The Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor!

Well looks like this Classic American Cop/Taxi car has finally made its Debut in NFS World! and its a cop car too! pretty soon you will be seeing a lot of players in World customizing the car as a Taxi cab or a Cop car regardless of what Rank it will become (National Cop, Sherrif, Undercover, Etc.) and the good thing is that this car will be exclusive to some people too because its only availabe for SB Top-up! Thanks to Obi's intel i have maneged to find out its more than a cop car! its also a Cop Smasher! it gives players the Advantage of Taking out cops with a single cop car! If you don't know what i am talking about then here i go the Car comes with Juggernaut! thanks to Obi (The Teenage Transporter) now we can enjoy this car more! (personally i don't like the but i will try it out to see how good it is!)
